1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ph766 platform at ph766.org ("the Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of ph766.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ph766 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). Your continued use of ph766 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph766, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

ph766 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in breach of these eligibility requirements.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph766. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph766 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify ph766 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ph766 will never request your password through chat, email, or any channel other than the official login interface at ph766.org.
• Account verification (KYC) is required prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ph766 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph766 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: ph766 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon successful payment processing. ph766 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — your payment method must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. ph766 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. ph766 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200.
• Standard processing time: within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• ph766 may withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud or policy breach.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph766 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry periods that will be communicated at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
• ph766 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers, engaging in bonus arbitrage, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have their bonuses voided and their account permanently closed.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your account balance and are subject to separate withdrawal rules.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on ph766 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, e-Sabong, and arcade games — are governed by their respective game rules, which form part of these Terms. Game rules are available within each game interface.

ph766 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph766 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph766 without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph766 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from the player's own negligence.

ph766's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph766 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ph766's reasonable control.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ph766 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player does not meet eligibility requirements, including being under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, ph766 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Balances held in accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to first submit their complaint through ph766's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. ph766 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph766 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ph766 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ph766 and request account closure.
